You can do boot camp with windows 7 RC (release candidate).
You can still download it through august. You can test the
software on that if you'd like. I run that on my mac now.
I really don't have anything specific for windows I can't
find on the mac, but Nistune would definately be an
exception.BTW, stick with the macbook, once you learn it, you'll love
it. Ram is faster than pretty much any windows based
laptop, even in its pricerange. The software apple includes
is pretty awesome. I love all the software. Just delete
(move to trash) any of it you don't think you would ever use
like iweb if you don't think you'll ever build a website.
You can always install it later if you want to. I did the
switch a few months ago, you can e-mail me if you have any
questions.
